If you have any sort of foot problem, it’s well worth trying these natural shoe insoles for comfort.

They also make a great gift for gardeners, farmers, fishermen or anyone who spends time out of doors in all weathers – or anyone who complains of cold feet.  They are now being used in the Antarctic!

Sizes

Using a felt tip pen, draw round your foot and trim any excess off.  Please be generous with your fit, as the felt can slightly shrink when subjected to moisture and friction. I find they need to be used a few times before they ‘settle’ in a pair of wellies, then they start to mould and stay put. A dab of PVA or similar glue on the ball and heel of the insole helps to keep them in place, although not usually necessary.
