Return & refund policy

We want all our customers to be 100% happy with their choice and because we share your love and concern for this planet we take every care we possibly can to ensure satisfaction.  Yuli Somme has been making shrouds for over 20 years and continues to share her experience and expertise with her team to make sure that you, as a customer, receive the attention and service that you deserve at - what can be - a very stressful time.  If, however, this service has not met your satisfaction, then we invite conversation to determine an appropriate refund.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Please note: this excludes the rented felting tools and needles available for the Heirloom Cover kit only which can be returned after use in a used but undamaged condition.


RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email; info@bellacouche.com to explain reason for return, place the item securely in its original packaging if possible and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process our return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
