Collaborators

The team at Bellacouche is a collective of creatives and specialists that come together to create beautiful products.

Anne Belgrave

Anne Belgrave was co-founder of Bellacouche with Yuli. Living in Presteigne, her similar interests and passion for wool, felt and the environment brought the two of them together 20 years ago. They spent several years developing the concept of burial in wool in a modern context. Anne’s artistic ambitions eventually led her back to her own studio, leaving Yuli to develop the business. However, Anne still enjoys keeping up with the developments.

Bella Lilley

Bella hails from a family of artists and craftswomen, and after home-educating her daughters for many years and exploring all kinds of crafting projects, she is enjoying applying her skill and creativity at Bellacouche. Having lost close family members at a young age Bella has had a long journey with death and grieving. This gives her a particular sensitivity and understanding which is essential in our work. Bella joined the business in 2021.
